1. There is a blank screen being projected:

• Confirm the PC is powered on.

2. The sound is not working

• There should be a set of speakers on the smartcartsmart cart. Make sure they are powered on and connected to the PC.

3. Projector is not showing the same screen as the monitor, but it is showing a desktop

• This is usually caused by the display settings being set to extend instead of Duplicate. Press the “Windows” key and the “P” key at the same time to display the project menu. Select “Duplicate”.

2. Check to see if the PC is powered on

• The power button on the front of the PC should be lit up. If it is not, press the power button to turn the PC on.

3. Check the cables

• Check to see if there are any loose or unplugged cables.

4. Check the Project menu

• Press the “Windows” button and the “P” button at the same time. This will display the project menu on monitor.

• Select the “Duplicate” option
