From your computer's browser or phone's browser visit passport.sage.edu. When you reach the login page enter your Sage email and password.

If you already set up ID123 you should see an ID Card Invitation as shown below
If you have not set up ID123 yet, please visit How to set up ID123 for steps on how to set that up

How to find your RSC ID Number
- Log into passport.sage.edu
- Once logged in click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner

Upload your photo
From the main dashboard click on the user photo in the middle. If you are on a smartphone you'll be able to select a photo from your photo library or take a new photo using the phone's camera. If you are on a PC you can upload a photo file.

After you select or take the photo, a new dialog window will appear. Select the campus where you would like to pick up your ID card and rotate the photo if needed using the rotate button. Finally, click the green "Save" button to upload your photo for moderation.

After you upload your photo you'll see a confirmation dialog with a green checkmark. Click ok.

After clicking OK you'll see your main dashboard again. This time it will have a new photo and blue writing that says "Your photo is pending approval."
After entering your RSC ID Number click upload photo. You have two options: Take a photo or choose from existing photos.
After selecting or taking a photo click next and confirm all the information before submitting
After confirming your information click submit and your ID Card will be under review.

After submitting your photo it will be reviewed for anything that violates Sage's ID photo rules.

You will receive an email at your Sage address a notification in your ID123 App when your photo has either been approved or denied.

Request Physical Copy of RSC ID Card
If you want a physical copy of your RSC ID Card please put in a ticket at https://russell-sage.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/49/create/420 for the College Services Service Desk. When they let you know your ID is ready, please visit College Services(mailroom) on the campus you selected when you submitted your photothe ticket.
