How To: Forward and Unforward Phones in Xorcom

  1. Login to the Xorcom Portal

  2. Once you are logged in you will see the following window

3. Click on the FOLLOW ME tab

4. Select the Ring Time dropdown menu and select 5. This means that your phone will ring for 5 seconds and then forward to the listed number.

5. In the Follow Me List, input the phone number that you would like your extension forwarded to. Please make sure to put the full number when forwarding to other Sage phones.

6. Click the Save button on the bottom right.

7. Click on the PHONE FEATURES tab

8. Click on the Dropdown menu next to Follow Me and select Regular-Workday-830-1700 or Summer-Hours-Weekday (8:30-1600) during the summer.

9. Click the button the right of the dropdown menu to turn ON follow me.

 

10. Click the Save button on the bottom right then Click on the Red Refresh button on the top right to apply the changes.

 

Unforwarding your Phone

The phone will be forwarded until you go back into the portal and turn it off.

In order to turn off forwarding

  1. Login to the Xorcom Portal

2. Go to the FOLLOW ME tab

3. Change the ring time back to 30 and remove the number

4. You can change the ring time back to 30 and leave the number if you forward to the same number frequently

5. Click the Save button on the bottom right

6. Go to the PHONE FEATURES tab and switch follow me from ON to OFF

7. Click the Save button on the bottom right and then click on the Red refresh button on the tip right to save the changes
