How-To: Unlock your Account
If you have tried multiple times to log in with an incorrect password, your account will be locked. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

Go to https://aka.ms/sspr
Put in your email address and the Security Characters
If you know your password, choose the second option otherwise choose the first.
Choose your preferred verification method.
Choose Secondary method
If your account is being locked repeatedly, you may have a wireless device attempting to connect with an old password automatically. Try forgetting the network on your wireless devices and reconnecting with your new password.
