New User Setup
Instructions
Log in with your Sage email and password, included in your welcome letter.
Choose "Next" on the "Action Required" box.
You will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app, the link is on the screen.
On your phone: If prompted, allow notifications. Then add an account, and select "Work or school". Then choose "Next".
Choose the plus sign on the Authenticator App and then scan the QR code. Then choose "Next".
Next you should get prompted to put in a security number.
You should be all set with MFA, great job!!
To get prompted less make sure you choose “Yes”.
