How-to update your MFA information
If you are having issues with your MFA for your Sage account, you may need to make changes and/or reset your MFA info.
You will need to sign in with your current username and password, as well as your current authentication method to access this page. If these are inaccessible, please contact IT for support.
Instructions
Log into myaccount.microsoft.com
Click on Update Info under Security info
Here, you can add and edit your authentication methods. In this example, we have the Microsoft Authenticator App as our primary factor and a phone number as a backup.
If you get a new phone, you will need to follow these steps and remove your old device from your account. You will be prompted on your next sign in to set MFA up with your new device.
