Monitor issue
Check to make sure all cables are connected at both ends.
If the user has two monitors, use the Windows Key + P shortcut to call up the Project menu and make sure they are set correctly (i.e. Duplicate for projector setup, or Extend for dual-monitor setup).
If a dual-monitor setup is “reversed” so the cursor doesn’t travel correctly across both screens, this can be fixed in Settings > Display.
If both monitors are known to be good but video issues persist, try reinstalling the graphics driver via Device Manager.
