Can't Log In (Laptop)
If this is the user’s first time logging into the laptop, it MUST be connected to the Sage network to authenticate their account before it can be used off campus. Make sure that either the wi-fi or ethernet is connected before attempting to sign in.
If the user receives an error message saying their account is locked out, it will need to be unlocked in Active Directory before attempting again.
If the user receives an error message saying the trust relationship failed, it means the computer needs to be removed from and rejoined to the domain. You can still log into the laptop by disconnecting the wi-fi or ethernet at the login screen and using the same credentials as the last successful login, then reconnect the network when rejoining the domain.
