External Monitor Issue

Check to make sure all cables are connected between the monitor and docking station or laptop port.

Use the Windows Key + P shortcut to call up the Project menu and make sure the monitor is set to the correct option (e.g. Duplicate for projector setup, or Extend for dual-monitor setup).

If a dual-monitor setup is “reversed” so the cursor doesn’t travel correctly across both screens, this can be fixed in Settings > Display.

If the monitor works on other laptops but video issues persist, try reinstalling the graphics driver via Device Manager.
