Can't print (Macbook)

If the user is unable to print because the usual printers are missing from the Printer List, they can be manually reinstalled by downloading the Mobility Print drivers from our Papercut system. If the user is able to send a print job but it goes into “Hold For Authentication” status, it usually means a username and password is being stored in Keychain that is no longer valid. See https://russell-sage.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/article/750256138 for more assistance.

If the user is able to send a print job but it never shows up on the printer, try rebooting the printer itself.
