Where is the IT Service Desk located?

We offer full support through our Service Desk portal. You can get there on any web enabled device by visiting https://sc.sage.edu.
Troy Campus
We are located on the first floor of Cowee Hall. There are 2 entrances to Cowee Hall. One from the street leads directly into our office. The second entrance opens to a hall way. Go around the stairs and there will be a door leading to our office.
Albany Campus
IT has an office located in the Armory building (Room 100). If you enter via the side door that faces the rest of campus, we are the first office as you walk in on your left. If you come in through the main door facing the street you will want to take a right towards the Break Room, go through the wooden doors and it will on your right.
