How do I Update My AlertMedia Account Information?
You can update your AlertMedia profile or preferences through any web browser.
Updating your profile via a web browser:
To update your AlertMedia profile go to https://universityheights.alertmedia.com/ and log in with your username (this will be your RSC email address) and the password you created when you registered your account. If you forgot your password review I Forgot My AlertMedia Password for guidance on how to reset your password.
When you successfully have logged in you need to navigate to your profile page. On the left side menu click on My Account and select Settings to view your profile.
Once at your profile you can change, add, update email addresses and phone numbers. When your changes are complete make sure to click the save button to save your changes.
To update your preferences click on the Preferences tab. Here you can select or deselect where you’ll receive messages.
Your AlertMedia profile and/or preferences are now updated.
