Setting up your college ID card using the ID123 app can streamline your campus experience and ensure you have all the necessary access and identification tools at your fingertips. Follow these simple steps to get started.

Download the ID123 APP
Visit Your App Store: Open the app store on your smartphone. For iPhone users, go to the App Store, and for Android users, head to Google Play.
Search for ID123: In the search bar, type "ID123" and locate the app in the search results.
Download and Install: Tap the download/install button and wait for the app to finish installing on your device.
Log In to the App
Open ID123: Launch the app on your device.
QR Code Invite: Click on Scan a QR Code Invite
Check Email: In your Russell Sage email you should have a email from Digital ID Card App. Open the email and scan the QR Code with your phone.
After scanning the QR code you should see the invitation on the home page of ID123.
Click on View Card Invitations and follow the prompts to begin setting up your Russell Sage ID.

Please enter your RSC ID Number
Upload your Photo ID
Review Information: Check all the details on your ID card request, including your personal information and photo.
Submit for Approval: Once you’re satisfied with the information, submit your request. The app will send your information to your college for approval.
Wait for Confirmation: Your college may need some time to process and approve your ID card request. You’ll receive a notification once your ID card is ready.
