After Hours Support
BlackBelt Help
We have partnered with Blackbelt Help, a leading provider of help desk products and services supporting Higher Education, to provide remote support after-hours, on weekends, and during holidays. For any comments or questions regarding the service you receive from BBH, please contact the the IT Service Desk during normal business hours.
Hands On Help
The IT department employs Sage students after hours during the fall and spring semesters to provide support to classrooms and labs. Technicians are available after hours upon request. The IT department provides After Hours support via Phone or Zoom. You can open a Service request or call the helpdesk phone and leave a Voicemail. A technician will reach out to you in a timely manner to assist you.
Hands On Help
Technicians are available upon request for classroom or lab assistance. If you would like to schedule a technician please contact the Service Center.
