From your computer's browser or phone's browser visit passportportal.sage.edu. When you reach the login . Click the SSO Sign In button.

On the next page enter your Sage email and passwordcredentials.

Upload your photo
From the main dashboard click on the user photo in the middle. the avatar placeholder in the top left of the sidebar. On mobile you will have to expand the sidebar using the button with three dashes in the top left then you'll see the avatar place holder.

You'll be taken to your account profile page. From there click on the large account placeholder icon located in the first section.

If you are on a smartphone you'll be able to select a photo from your photo library or take a new photo using the phone's camera. If you are on a PC you can upload a photo file.

After you select or take the photo, a new dialog window will appear. Select the campus where you would like to pick up your ID card and rotate the photo if needed using the rotate button. Finally, click the green "Save" button to upload your photo for moderation.

After you upload your photo you'll see a confirmation dialog with a green checkmark. Click ok.

After clicking OK you'll see your main dashboard again. This time it will have a new photo and blue writing that says "Your photo is pending approval."

Wait for approval
After submitting your photo it will be reviewed for anything that violates Sage's ID photo rules.
