When you join Sage you'll need an ID card. This is how you obtain one.
Have a lost or broken ID card?
This also applied to anyone who has lost their ID card and needs a new one. Please read this page regarding a fee for a replacement card.

Here's how it's done
Log into Passport
From your computer's browser or phone's browser visit portal.sage.edu. Click the SSO Sign In button.

On the next page enter your credentials.

Upload your photo
From the main dashboard click on the avatar placeholder in the top left of the sidebar. On mobile you will have to expand the sidebar using the button with three dashes in the top left then you'll see the avatar place holder.

You'll be taken to your account profile page. From there click on the large account placeholder icon located in the first section.

If you are on a smartphone you'll be able to select a photo from your photo library or take a new photo using the phone's camera. If you are on a PC you can upload a photo file.
After you select or take the photo, a new dialog window will appear. Select the campus where you would like to pick up your ID card and rotate the photo if needed using the rotate button. Finally, click the "Save" button to upload your photo for moderation.

After you upload your photo you'll see a confirmation dialog with a green checkmark. Click ok.

Wait for approval
After submitting your photo it will be reviewed for anything that violates Sage's ID photo rules.
You will receive an email at your Sage address when your photo has either been approved or denied.
My photo was denied, what now?
Please take a new photo that does not break one of the rules and re-submit it by going through the upload process again.
Pick up your card
You'll receive a second email when your ID card has been printed and is ready to be picked up. Please visit College Services(mailroom) on the campus you selected when you submitted your photo.
