This setup has a white control panel. The control panel is usually installed on the wall but it may be installed on the top of the smartcart or podium instead. The control panel controls the power to the projector, the input to the projector, and the volume.

Common Issues:

  1. There is a blank screen:

    • Check the input. This is because the projector is not receiving an image from the selected input. Usually the wrong input is selected.

  2. The sound is not working.

    • Press the bottom right button on the wall panel to increase the sound. If the volume is turned up and there is still an issue, the issue may be with with audio output from the computer. Check to see if the sound is muted on the PC. If the sound horn in the bottom right corner of the screen has a “X” to the right of it, that means the sound is muted on the PC.

  3. Projector is not showing the same screen as the monitor, but it is showing a desktop
