eTranscripts not working

Problem

eTranscript orders are not coming into Colleague

Solution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue
  1. Confirm with MIS whether the e-Transcript certificate has been recently renewed. If so they will need to recycle the application pool.
  2. Follow the troubleshooting doc provided by Ellucian in the "Related Articles" below section.
