Campus Emergency Alerts

This area has been written to help the Russell Sage community members register and maintain their Alert Media accounts. Alert Media is the software Russell Sage uses to communicate with the Russell Sage community during school closures and emergencies.

If you are experiencing any issues with logging into your account or changing any information within your account, please enter a Service Center request in the MIS Service Desk, Get general MIS Help. You will need to login with your Sage IT account to submit. 

 ***Please note your Alert Media account is not a way to call for help if you are in distress, dial 911 or 518-244-3177 for campus public safety.***
