Request a Course Backup and Restore

Backup and Restores allow the user to move content from one course to another. Below is the WebForm Link to request a Backup and Restore be done for your course.

Request a Backup and Restore.

• Make sure that you are signed into your Sage Account before filling out the WebForm.
• Make sure that you have a link for the course that you'd like backed up or copied.
• Make sure that you have a link for the course that you'd like your content restored.
• If you do not have a link, please provide the FULL course ID for clarity. For EX: NSG-327-01-SP2017.
• Requests will be completed in the order that they are received and may take up to 48 hours to complete.
