If your account has been locked out, you can get back in using these simple steps. First thing you need to do is clear your cache in your browser. Next follow the steps below.

  1. Go to https://aka.ms/sspr

  2. Put in your email address and the Security Characters

  3. If you know your password, choose the second option otherwise choose the first.
