What options are available to you depend on how many verification steps you set up (more information can be found here: How-To: Update your MFA Information ). You can send a notification to your authenticator app to enter a code, or send a text or call to your phone and receive a code.

After changing your password, ensure that you update your credentials on devices that use your password behind the scenes. If you fail to do this, your account could end up locked out after a number of failed authentication attempts. Some common places to update your password include Wi-Fi devices (phone/laptop) that connect to Sage's Wi-Fi and email clients on mobile phones.
