No internet connection (Macbook)

If the user is unable to sign into the Sage_Colleges network, try forgetting the network and rejoining it. This can be done in the Apple Menu > System Settings > Wi-fi section. Make sure to also forget the Sage_Guest network (if present) when doing so, as MacOS will try to automatically connect to Sage_Guest while the user is trying to authenticate to Sage_Colleges, leading to all kinds of problems.

If the user is on a personal Macbook and receives a message about needing to Trust a certificate from Packetfence, make sure they click Trust, and if prompted for a username and password, they must use their personal Macbook username and password, NOT their Sage account.
