Helpdesk Voicemail IVR

We have decided to test using voicemails instead of having members of our staff chained to their desk answering calls.

If you call 4777 you will get the following tree:

  • Press 1 for classroom emergency

    • You will get prompted for all the relevant information and a voicemail message will go to the general teams channel.

  • Press 2 for password reset

    • You will be sent to a menu that will explain to try password.sage.edu or press 1 to leave a voicemail

      • You will get prompted to leave a message that will be sent to helpdesk@sage.edu

  • Press 3 for a service request

    • You will be sent to a menu that will explain to try to got sc.sage.edu or press 1 to leave a voicemail

  • Press 4 for all other inquires.
