Can't print

If the user is unable to print because the usual printers are missing from the Printer List, they can be manually reinstalled from the \\print-rsc\ share. Be sure to add HP-BW, HP-Color, Toshiba-BW, and Toshiba-Color.

If the user is able to send a print job but it never shows up on the printer, make sure the Papercut application is installed and running on the PC. Papercut should by default automatically log in with the user’s credentials when they log into the computer, but sometimes the application needs to be restarted.

If the user is able to send a print job and Papercut is running but the job still never shows up on the printer, try rebooting the printer itself.
